How do I archive a lesson plan or playlist?

Educators can archive lesson plans from the Student Roster tile.

Common Uses

1. Streamline the assignments available for a student to complete, while retaining the performance data
2. End of academic quarter, semester, or to reflect updated IEP goals
3. Filter out performance on archived lessons from progress reports and the overall average

Step-by-Step Guidance

Navigate to the Student Roster, where the lesson plan has been assigned

Select the student who has been assigned the lesson plan you'd like to archive.

Review the lessons assigned to this student. Place a check mark in front of the assignment you’d like to archive.

Click “Manage Lessons” near the top right of the screen

Select “Archive Lesson” from the dropdown menu

A new window opens. Review the options.

To archive this lesson, click the message “Archive All Selected Lessons.”
