What is the Model and Teach mode in Targeted Lessons within Digital Practice, and how does it work?

Teachers can explore, model, and quickly launch Targeted Lessons to provide reinforcement without assigning a lesson to a student and collecting student data with the model and teach mode.

Step-by-Step Guidance

Navigate to your Dashboard

• Click "Digital Practice" and select "Targeted Lesson"

Select "Use Model and Teach" along the left side of the screen.

Locate the activity(s) you'd like to model or teach.

• Notice that a "Follow-Up" or "Related" skill is indicated by a white dot in the TouchPoints row
• This guidance can be used to link related skills together in a demonstration
• Click that activity to add it to the demonstration plan

Click "Next" in the top right corner of the screen

• Use the customization options to adjust the activities by focusing on a specific range and including visual cues if needed.
• Click "Start Lesson" to begin modeling this plan.
