Teaching Staff: Managing Student Access to Digital Practice and Assignments

TouchMath is delivered as a subscription-based service, giving schools flexible access to its evidence-based math resources. Teaching staff manage student seat licenses through the Student Roster Tile and Group Rosters. Students must have a license assigned to them to complete digital activities or receive assignments through MyTouchMath.

Step-by-Step Guidance

Navigate to the Student Roster Tile on your MyTouchMath Dashboard

Click the Student Roster Tile.

Select the Group Roster to manage.

  • Notice the icons along the left side of the roster list.
  • These indicate which students currently have access to digital practice activities.
  • These are also the students whom teachers can assign activity sheets to through MyTouchMath.

In the example below, 2 students don't have access to digital practice: Betty S and Diana P.

Click on the Blue Gear Icon in the top left corner to modify which students have access.

  • Check and uncheck the boxes next to each student's name to adjust access.
  • Click "Done" when you are finished

The image below shows the changes made to ensure all students in this group have access to digital practice and can be assigned tasks by their teacher.

After clicking "Done" the roster screen will look like this.
