Log In to Your Account

Access the Student Roster

  • Navigate to the Student Roster section from your dashboard.

Download the Roster Template

  • Click on Download Student Roster and download the TouchMath-provided spreadsheet template.

  • This ensures you include all necessary fields and use the correct formatting.

Complete the Roster Template

  • Fill out the required fields for each student:
    • First Name and Last Initial
    • Identification Number: Assign a unique ID for each student.
    • Student Email Address: Use a unique email or create a fictitious one (e.g., student123@school.com).
    • Password: Set a password for each account.

Upload the Completed Roster

  • Return to the Upload Student Roster section and upload your filled spreadsheet.

Review and Assign Students

  • After uploading, verify that all students have been added correctly.
  • Assign them to the appropriate group or class.

Tips for Uploading Your Roster

  • Ensure all emails and student IDs are unique to avoid duplication errors.
