How do I manage access to student performance?

Support Staff (co-teachers, para-educators) must be added by an account administrator and have their own account login.

  • Each group has an assigned teacher of record who creates lessons
  • Students are often supported by additional staff - these individuals can have access to the specific students they support.
  • For each group, up to 4 different staff members can access student accounts: 1 teacher and 3 support staff
  • Support Staff cannot create new lessons but can assist your students with already assigned digital lessons, input scores for print activities, and view reporting features.

Step-by-Step Guidance

Navigate to a specific group roster

  • Click "Manage Group" in the top right corner of the screen
  • Select "Assign Support Staff"

  • Select up to three additional Support Staff members and choose the individual students each Support Staff member can view/support.

  • Click "Save"
