How can data be retained when a student moves to a different group?

You must be an admin-level user. Ask your admin for help.

To retain student performance data, an administrator must move the student from one group to another.


Step-by-Step Guidance


  • Log into your MyTouchMath account
  • Choose “Admin” on the landing page

  • Choose Students on the Administrator Dashboard


  • Locate the student(s) to be moved from one group to another
  • Click on the boxes to the left of each student's name to select them
  • Click "Manage "Groups"
  • Select "Assign Selected Students to Group"

A new window opens with 2 options - choose your option for the student(s)

  • Move to group - The student(s) will be removed from their current group and added to the newly selected group
  • Add to group - The student(s) will continue as members of their current group AND be added to the newly selected group

  • Use the "Select Group" dropdown menu to select the new group for the student(s).

  • Click "Move to Group" or "Add to Group"
