How can a staff user reset their password?

Administrator and teacher users can reset their TouchMath password through a quick email verification process.

Step-by-Step Guidance


  • Navigate to the MyTouchMath website at: mytouchmath.com.
  • Click Password Help

  • Enter the email address connected with your MyTouchMath account
  • Click Submit

  • Check your inbox for a message from noreply@touchmath.com
  • Locate the message and open it to find the Verification Code

  • Enter the verification code and a new password that meets the requirements
  • Click Submit
