Admin Dashboard: Account and User Reports for Administrators
Account and School Admins have access to reports beyond those available to teacher users. These are accessed through tiles on the Admin Dashboard
Step-by-Step Guidance
Teacher Usage Reports
- Click the Teacher tile on the Admin Dashboard
- Locate the teacher you'd like to see a usage report for
- Click the green Reports icon for that teacher along the right side of the screen
- A new window opens
- Notice details about this teacher's MyTouchMath usage along the left side of the screen
- Login information
- Average usage by week or month
- Interactions with groups or students
- Activity interactions (assigning or scoring)
- Adjust the time period shown on the bar graph with the dropdown menu in the top center of the screen

Account Reports
- Click on the Reports tile on the Admin Dashboard
- A new window opens, showing a list of teachers
- Three reports are available. Click "Account Activity" in the top left corner to view a list
Account Activity
What it Does:
- Displays a list of staff users and summarizes their use of MyTouchMath for a period of time
- Can be filtered by Schools and Titles filters in the top center of the screen
What to Look For:
- Each staff member's MyTouchMath usage is summarized across 6 indicators.
- Usage: Total hours the staff member has spent logged into MyTouchMath
- Logins: Count of times the staff member has logged into their account
- Intervention: Count of Intervention Plans created by this staff member
- Curriculum: A green ✓ indicates this staff user has an active subscription. Count of Activity Sheets printed
- Playlists: Count of playlists created by this staff member
- Videos: Count of instructional videos watched by this staff member
Account Performance & Growth
What it Does:
- Displays a line graph that shows performance over a set period of time
- Can be filtered to show a specific time period and by teacher or student group
What to Look For:
- Each group or teacher's performance is shown in a different color
- Hover over a specific dot on the line graph to see the average performance earned on each date
Account Usage
What it Does:
- It displays a bar graph showing MyTouchMath usage over time. The graph can be filtered to show schools, teachers, or groups.
- Adjust the range of dates shown in the bar graph. It can show the current week, month, or school year.
What to Look For:
- Notice details about MyTouchMath usage along the left side of the screen
- Login information
- Average usage by week or month
- Interactions with groups or students
- Activity interactions (assigning or scoring)
